Breakfast Basics
Assorted cold cereals, milk, juice, coffee, tea, fruit, hot cereal (between November-March, unless requested).

  1. Scrambled eggs, home fries, corn bread or biscuits, bacon or corned beef hash
  2. Pancakes, syrup, sausage, fruit toppings
  3. French toast, syrup, sausage, fruit toppings
  4. Bagels, muffins, pastries, cream cheese, fruit
  5. Waffles, syrup, bacon or sausage
  6. Breakfast burritos (scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, tortillas, etc)

Lunch Basics
Salad bar (see salad bar items below) fruit juice, coffee, tea, peanut butter & jelly, bread, soup (between November-March, unless requested).

  1. Hamburgers, rolls, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, French fries
  2. Hot dogs, rolls, French Fries, sauerkraut, cheese sauce, baked beans
  3. Chicken patties, rolls, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, French fries
  4. Pizza, salad
  5. Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, French fries
  6. Chicken nuggets, French fries
  7. BBQ beef, rolls, chips or French fries
  8. Hoagie sandwiches with assorted deli meats, cheeses, and condiments, potato chips
  9. Baked potato bar with toppings, cheese, chili, sour cream, bacon, cheddar sauce etc
  10. Beef tacos, rice or refried beans, lettuce, cheese tomato, salsa, sour cream

Salad Bar Includes: Tossed salad, assorted dressings, potato or egg salad, macaroni or other pasta salad, cole slaw, tuna or chicken salad, ham or turkey salad, other assorted mixed salads, fruit, peanut butter & jelly.

Dinner Basics
Salad bar (see above), peanut butter & jelly, fruit juice, coffee, tea, dessert.

  1. Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes or rice, vegetable, gravy, rolls
  2. Roasted turkey, gravy, stuffing, vegetable, cranberry sauce, rolls
  3. Spaghetti, meatballs, vegetarian tomato sauce, garlic bread or rolls, vegetable

  4. Chicken parmesan, pasta, tomato sauce, garlic bread or rolls, vegetable
  5. Baked ziti, tomato sauce, garlic bread or rolls, vegetable
  6. BBQ Chicken, rice or mashed potatoes, vegetable
  7. Baked ham with pineapple, sweet or mashed potatoes, vegetable, rolls
  8. Deep fried chicken, potatoes, vegetable, rolls

Hot chocolate available upon request. Specified vegetarian options are available. Please let us know your needs.Individual vegetarians are provided for by the salad bar.
