During the programs that happen in the summer we hire: Village leaders, Program Directors, Cabin Counselors, Adventure Challenge trip leaders, Equestrian specialists, Lifeguards, EMT’s, support staff (kitchen, maintenance, drivers, etc) activity specialists: archery, riflery, basketball, soccer, hi ropes, low ropes, nature, dance, drama, boating, fishing, arts & crafts, skateboarding, hockey, outdoor skills, horse specialists, and more. During the spring and fall we hire naturalists for our OE team. OE stands for Outdoor education and is our main focus with groups, conferences, and schools. A small close knit group of naturalist guide all different types of groups on outdoor experiences such as: nature rambles, high ropes, GPS Caching, fire building, tracking, natural history, geology, and many other camp activities.
