Allegheny Mountain Adventure
$475, July 13-18
Ages 13-16

The Loyalsock Trail is famous for its beautiful scenery as it winds through the Allegheny Mountains in Pennsylvania. It follows old logging roads, abandoned railroad grades, clear mountain streams, and the Towanda Indian Trail, which predates European settlement. This 60 mile trail surrounded by the wilderness of Tiadaghton and Wyoming State Forests will be our home for the week as we carry everything we need on our backs. Be part of a select group of trekkers exploring forests and peaks while rediscovering that “wilderness within”.

Boots and Paddles
$495, August 3-9
Ages 12-14

Our wilderness sampler! Learn all about adventure trekking as we explore the beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. This 72,000 acre scenic wilderness will test your resolve and reward your accomplishments. We will start by backpacking for three days and two nights on the famous Appalachian Trail. While not the entire Maine to Georgia route, we are going to trek a truly wild stretch high atop the ridge of the Kittatinny Mountains. Then we swap boots for paddles to canoe down the free-flowing Delaware River where you’ll enjoy fishing, swimming, and camping out on the moonlit banks each night. Intermediate swim level required.

You’ll still enjoy the same exciting swimming, fishing, and camping experience with a bit more of a challenge all while hanging out with friends in your age group. Intermediate swim level required.
