2. Complete the regular Camp Mason registration form.

3. Send to;

4. Wait patiently until you receive notification regarding acceptance or denial of entry into program.

5. If accepted into program, registration will then be processed.

Note:
Payment is not due at this time. If you wish to get the "paid in full by December 29th " discount, please enclose a check for the appropriate amount dated December 28, 2007, otherwise do not send any payment. All applications will be reviewed, references contacted, and phone interviews may be conducted before any decision will be made regarding acceptance or denial of applicant.
